  I purchased a car from them in March 2017 and wanted my private plates fitted. Told me to get insurance which I did starting Friday March 17th. When I went to pick up the car I was told by Ana that new rules from DVLA meant I had to pay all the money for the car before I had the plates fitted. This was of course a load of ****. I told them to cancel the car & I would get one from a different garage NOT Vauxhall. They said dont do that we will waive the rule. I said that is YOUR company rule. I said I would pickup the car on 4th April at 15:00 when I got there it would be 30 mins as we have been busy!!!Approx 30th May I saw LUKE in service department and asked him to fix a knocking coming from rear. He said he would phone me!!! two days later I asked him to fit FRONT sensors and he said I will ring with the price. Again went back and asked why he hadn't rung me. His reply, wait for this one, I've been busy and haven't got time to ring you. I then spoke to a charming man also on service department Chris who took over and got them fitted and he will find out about the knocking when I go in Friday. But the sales dept lady Ana and service dept Luke want a training week in how to deal with customers if they want loyalty from them. Those who only go in for MOT may have had a different opinion.
